Overview
Greenridge produces institutional research on small-cap companies with little or no formal analyst coverage, including initiation reports and earnings and news updates, and conducts company site visits. The firm says it does not publish paid-for research. As of December 2025, it rated 10 companies, eight of them Buy. It pairs research with investor outreach, including non-deal roadshows and one-on-one calls, which it says can improve valuation multiples, liquidity and institutional ownership.
William Gregozeski, a CFA charterholder who had worked in investment banking and buy-side and sell-side research at Capstone Investments, Gar Wood Securities and Mont Blanc Capital, founded Greenridge Global in June 2012 to serve small-cap and Asian-based companies left without broker-dealer coverage. He oversees both its operations and its research department, which is based in Columbia, Illinois.

Research philosophy
Greenridge Global's independent sell-side equity research is focused on uncovering small cap companies with strong management teams that have a deep value base and/or outsized growth potential.
Greenridge Global says it considers companies regardless of their country, exchange or industry. In 2013, William Gregozeski said he looks for companies with little or no analyst coverage and competent management, emphasizing that poor leadership can undermine an otherwise strong business.
Rating methodology
Its 12-month ratings are Buy for an expected total return of at least 15%, Hold for a return within plus or minus 15%, and Sell for a loss of at least 15%.
