2. Definitions

• ·"Service" refers to the stock portfolio management and analysis service provided by the company.
• ·"Member" refers to any person who has signed up and entered into a service agreement.
• ·"Content" refers to all information and materials provided within the Service.

3. Service Provision

• ·The Service is provided 24/7, 365 days a year in principle.
• ·The Service may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance or other operational reasons.
• ·Information provided by the Service does not constitute investment advice. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the member.

4. Disclaimer

• ·The Service is for informational purposes only and does not recommend buying or selling specific securities.
• ·The company is not responsible for any investment losses resulting from use of the Service.
• ·Members must make investment decisions based on their own judgment and responsibility.

5. Account Termination

• ·Members may request account deletion at any time through Settings.
• ·The company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• ·Upon termination, all associated data will be deleted within 30 days.

6. Changes to Terms

The company may update these terms as needed. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 7 days prior to taking effect.
