Overview
As of 2026, Huber covers 36 media and internet stocks, as well as credit rating agencies and other information-services companies. Its coverage includes advertising agencies, publishers, broadcasters and online recruitment companies. Research is sold through quarterly subscriptions, paid for directly or through brokerage commissions, and is not distributed through Bloomberg, Thomson or other aggregators. The firm says its small size gives institutional clients direct access to senior analysts. As of 2026, it also arranges quarterly management meetings and conference calls for subscribers.
Craig Huber founded the firm in January 2012 after covering publishing and advertising at Access 342, Barclays Capital/Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley; he ranked No. 1 in Institutional Investor's publishing and advertising agencies category from 2006 to 2009. Lisa Greenberg joined in March 2012, and Douglas Arthur, a former Morgan Stanley and Evercore analyst, joined in April 2015. The firm has no investment banking or trading operations.
