Profile

American Bitcoin CorpABTCFinancials

Uses ASIC mining to earn Bitcoin while accumulating a strategic reserve. Hut 8 retains majority ownership and supplies hosting and operating services, making the business closely tied to its facilities and support network.

ASIC miners power a Bitcoin-mining business designed to build a strategic reserve. The company emerged from Hut 8’s contribution of its ASIC fleet and became publicly traded through Gryphon Digital Mining’s stock-for-stock merger.

Mining machines are hosted at Hut 8-managed sites in New York, Texas, and Alberta. Hut 8 also provides management, strategy, compliance, and operating services, while American Bitcoin owns the miners.

Hut 8 retains majority ownership, and the organization reported a small direct workforce supported by a Shared Services Agreement. Its operating model depends on Hut 8 continuing to allocate hosting capacity and provide contracted services.
