ABVC BioPharma, Inc.ABVCHealth Care

Develops botanical-derived drug candidates and the Vitargus vitreous-substitute device, with potential economics from licensing, contingent payments and BioKey contract development/manufacturing services. Pivotal development and commercialization may be assigned to partners and subsidiary platforms.

Develops botanical-derived drug candidates and the Vitargus vitreous-substitute device for central nervous system, oncology/hematology and ophthalmology indications. The pipeline is generally advanced through proof-of-concept clinical work, while in-licensed technology and academic research relationships supply key assets.

Potential economics come from licensing rights, equity consideration, milestones and royalties, alongside contract development and manufacturing services through BioKey. Corporate operations span Fremont, California and Taiwan, with clinical and licensing activity across the United States, Taiwan, Australia and Thailand.

Out-licensees and majority-owned platforms carry much of the pivotal development, registration, manufacturing and commercialization work. Clinical progress, approvals, partner financing and execution govern payment realization, while the group retains licensing rights, equity participation or contingent economics.
