Acrivon Therapeutics, Inc. Common StockACRVHealth Care

Develops oncology therapies with companion diagnostics that use the AP3 platform and drug-specific OncoSignature tests to identify patients whose tumors are predicted to respond. Its clinical pipeline centers on ACR-368 and internally discovered programs, without approved products or commercial sales infrastructure.

Builds targeted cancer-therapy candidates through AP3, a generative phosphoproteomics platform that interprets drug-regulated pathway activity in intact cells. The resulting data guide rational drug design and drug-specific OncoSignature tests that select patients whose tumors are predicted to be sensitive.

ACR-368 is the most advanced program, undergoing registrational-intent development in endometrial cancer; ACR-2316 is an internally discovered WEE1/PKMYT1 inhibitor in early clinical development, with other AP3-enabled programs preclinical. The business has no approved products, sales, marketing, or distribution infrastructure and depends on clinical development, diagnostic validation, third-party manufacturing, and future commercial capabilities or partnerships.
