Profile

Adient plcADNTConsumer Discretionary

Designs and manufactures complete automotive seating systems plus frames, mechanisms, foam, and trim for major automakers worldwide. Revenue follows multiyear vehicle programs, with just-in-time delivery tying plant activity closely to customer production volumes and schedules.

Designs, engineers, and manufactures complete automotive seat systems and components, including frames, mechanisms, foam, head restraints, armrests, and trim covers. Serves every major automaker across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Combines research and design, engineering, component production, and final assembly within a global manufacturing network. Seats are built to specific vehicle orders and delivered just in time or in sequence to automaker assembly lines.

Revenue comes from production and service parts sold under multiyear programs that generally follow a vehicle model's life. Demand moves with customer production volumes and model mix; programs may be canceled, while synchronized plants remain exposed to automaker stoppages, supply disruptions, and material-cost changes.
