Profile

Atlas Energy Solutions Inc.AESIEnergy

Mines Permian Basin frac sand and earns product and logistics revenue by delivering it to wellsites through trucking, wellsite equipment, and the Dune Express conveyor. A separate Power segment rents natural-gas generators for oilfield loads and is expanding into behind-the-meter private generation.

Mines and processes locally sourced frac sand, then sells it at the mine or as an integrated mine-to-wellhead service. The Sand and Logistics segment combines fixed plants and mobile OnCore mines with trucking, wellsite equipment, and the Dune Express conveyor, concentrating operations in the Permian Basin of West Texas and New Mexico.

Rents and operates natural-gas generators through the Power segment for oilfield production and artificial lift across major U.S. resource basins. The business is also building behind-the-meter private generation for technology infrastructure, extending the segment beyond oilfield rentals.

Remote monitoring, automated plants, and integrated delivery coordinate production with wellsite demand. Results depend on Permian completion activity, large customers, operating permits, generator suppliers, and customers continuing to outsource power needs.
