Profile
Supplies custom, consumable fabrics and process belts for paper and industrial production, while manufacturing advanced composite components for commercial aviation, defense, space, and advanced air mobility. Revenue combines recurring replacement demand in Machine Clothing with long-cycle aerospace programs in Albany Engineered Composites.
Designs and manufactures engineered fabrics and composite components through two segments. Machine Clothing supplies custom, consumable fabrics and process belts for paper, paperboard, tissue, pulp, nonwovens, and other industrial production. Albany Engineered Composites makes lightweight components and assemblies for commercial aviation, defense, space launch, and advanced air mobility, including LEAP engine fan blades and cases.
Runs manufacturing across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Application-specific design, customer engineering, and proprietary three-dimensional weaving underpin its technical model. Machine Clothing depends on mill production and paper-grade demand; aerospace results depend on aircraft build rates, long-term program execution, customer qualification, government funding, and approved carbon-fiber and resin sources. The Salt Lake City structures-assembly operation is classified as held for sale.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
