Its Leasing segment uses fee-per-use, revenue-sharing, joint-venture and turnkey arrangements across U.S. hospitals; Direct patient service operates facilities in Rhode Island, Peru, Ecuador and Mexico. Facility planning, equipment installation, reimbursement support, marketing and shared capital risk sit alongside treatment delivery.

Revenue depends on active sites, procedure volumes and reimbursement. Direct-care operations add international regulatory, political, tax, currency, payment-cycle and cash-repatriation exposure, while Gamma Knife business runs through a jointly governed venture whose policy committee requires unanimous approval.
