Profile
Develops conventional natural-gas interests and renewable-natural-gas assets in Italy. Its conventional business centers on a minority interest in the producing Longanesi field, while its RNG projects use animal and agricultural waste and are being developed or upgraded for renewable gas production.
Develops onshore conventional natural-gas interests and renewable-natural-gas assets in Italy for European gas supply. The conventional business centers on Longanesi in the Po Valley, where it holds a minority working interest and partner Società Padana Energia operates the field. It also holds Italian concessions, permits, and pending applications for other exploration and development prospects.
A second business line develops RNG assets that turn animal and agricultural waste into renewable gas. Its Italian portfolio includes Campagnatico, Casalino, and Campopiano; the latter two previously generated bio-electricity and are intended for conversion or upgrading to RNG production. Longanesi operations depend on the field operator, while the broader conventional and RNG pipeline depends on Italian concessions, permits, applications, and asset-development progress.
