Profile
Runs actively managed equity, credit, emerging-markets debt and private real estate strategies through pooled funds, separate accounts and model portfolios. Fees are tied primarily to assets under management, while autonomous investment teams operate on centralized distribution, client-service and operations infrastructure.
Manages active equity, credit, emerging-markets debt and private real estate strategies for institutions and intermediated-wealth clients worldwide. Portfolios are delivered through U.S. mutual funds, Ireland-domiciled UCITS funds, private funds, collective investment trusts, model portfolios and separate accounts.
Builds the platform around twelve autonomous investment teams, each controlling its philosophy, process and portfolio decisions, while centralized operations, distribution and client service support the franchises. The acquisition of Grandview Property Partners added U.S. middle-market real estate private equity to a lineup still dominated by long-only equities.
Earns essentially all revenue from investment-management agreements, with fees tied primarily to average assets under management. Most fee revenue comes from U.S. clients; results depend on market levels, active-strategy performance, client flows and retention of investment professionals, and the business operates under extensive U.S. and overseas regulation.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
