Hardware AI-server sales supplied all reported revenue in the latest half-year, while the building and agriculture lines had no revenue after prior projects concluded. The business earns chiefly through contract- and project-based hardware and integrated-system sales, with revenue recognized upon customer acceptance.

Execution relies on project management and Malaysian hardware and software suppliers, and revenue remains centered in Malaysia. As a Cayman-incorporated Nasdaq foreign private issuer, it follows Cayman law, its constitutional documents and Nasdaq corporate-governance requirements.
