Profile
American Rebel Holdings designs and markets branded safes, personal security products, apparel and accessories, and has expanded into American Rebel Light Beer. Its distribution depends on dealers, retailers, e-commerce channels and beer distributors as it tries to scale a patriotic-branded consumer-products portfolio.
American Rebel Holdings is a Nasdaq-listed consumer-products company built around patriotic lifestyle branding. It began as a designer, manufacturer and marketer of branded safes, personal security and self-defense products, then broadened into apparel, accessories and beverages. The 2022 acquisition of Champion Safe and related entities added established safe brands, manufacturing and dealer relationships, and safes remain the anchor business.
Products are sold through a dealer network, regional retailers, specialty safe, sporting goods, hunting and firearms stores, and online channels. The company entered beer through a master brewing agreement with Associated Brewing; American Rebel Light Beer launched regionally in 2024 and is also offered online in many U.S. states. Execution depends on safe demand, retailer and distributor support, brand reputation, product quality, and management's ability to scale newer beverage and licensing initiatives while managing public-company listing and financing constraints.
