Profile
Provides contracted food, hospitality, and facilities services across education, healthcare, workplaces, venues, corrections, and remote sites. The United States is the largest market, while performance depends on contract retention, labor staffing, input costs, and activity at client locations.
Provides contracted food, hospitality, and facilities services at client sites rather than selling branded packaged goods. Food and Support Services United States and Food and Support Services International serve education, healthcare, workplaces, manufacturing, sports venues, attractions, corrections, and remote sites.
The United States is the largest market, with international operations providing the balance. On-site execution combines dining, retail, refreshment, procurement, housekeeping, and facilities support across varied institutional settings.
The post-Vestis portfolio excludes uniforms and workplace supplies. Results depend on retaining and renewing large contracts, staffing labor-intensive operations, controlling food and other input costs, and sustaining activity at client locations. Corrections contracts also carry public-contract and conduct requirements.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
