Profile

ATI Inc.ATIIndustrials

Produces nickel-based superalloys, titanium, specialty alloys, forgings, and cast components through two reportable segments. Aerospace and defense generate most sales, supported by qualified manufacturing processes and long customer relationships.

Produces high-performance materials and components through High Performance Materials & Components and Advanced Alloys & Solutions. The portfolio spans nickel-based superalloys, titanium, specialty rolled products, forgings, castings, and refractory metals for jet engines, defense systems, energy, and other demanding uses.

Operates primarily from the United States, with a smaller employee base spread across international locations. Execution centers on qualified processes, integrated material flow, long customer relationships, and manufacturing capabilities built for applications where performance requirements are exacting.

Aerospace and defense account for most sales, with the strongest concentration inside High Performance Materials & Components. Demand therefore depends heavily on aircraft production rates, defense programs, customer qualification cycles, and reliable output from specialized facilities. Labor continuity and completion of ongoing portfolio restructuring also shape operating performance.
