Combines banking, pension-and-severance fund management, and merchant-banking activities within a Colombian financial holding company. Its banking network includes Banco de Bogotá, Banco de Occidente, Banco Popular and Banco AV Villas, alongside Multibank and BAC Credomatic in Central America.
Colombia is the group’s domestic base, while the BAC acquisition created its Central American operations. Porvenir manages pensions and severance funds, and Corficolombiana sits in merchant banking.
