Sells subscription software for data security, governance, backup, recovery, migration, and SaaS management across Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, AWS, and other cloud ecosystems. Serves enterprises directly and smaller customers through managed-service providers, while depending on third-party clouds and applications for interoperability.
Provides subscription software that protects, governs, and moves enterprise data across Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, AWS, and other cloud ecosystems. The Confidence Platform organizes capabilities into Control, Resilience, and Modernization suites spanning access and workspace governance, SaaS cost management, backup and ransomware recovery, records lifecycle, migration, and adoption analytics.
Sells worldwide through direct teams, managed-service providers, resellers, systems integrators, and cloud marketplaces. Enterprise accounts are primarily served directly, while partners extend distribution to smaller organizations through the multi-tenant Elements edition. Revenue comes mainly from SaaS and term-license subscriptions, supplemented by services and maintenance.
Connects to third-party clouds rather than replacing them, making functionality and customer satisfaction dependent on continued interoperability and relationships with major software and infrastructure providers.
