Bridger Aerospace Group Holdings, Inc. Common StockBAERIndustrials

Delivers contracted aerial wildfire suppression, incident coordination, surveillance and aircraft-engineering services, supplemented by mapping software. Revenue is principally tied to U.S. government agencies and a fleet-led operating model, with fire suppression the largest service line.

Operates amphibious Super Scoopers for direct wildfire suppression, Air Attack aircraft for incident coordination, and sensor-equipped Multi-Mission Aircraft for imagery and data transmission. Performs maintenance, return-to-service, modification, flight-testing and airworthiness-certification work, while Ignis supplies mapping and incident-coordination software.

Serves principally U.S. federal and state agencies through exclusive-use contracts, task orders and call-when-needed work. Spanish aircraft work and an Alabama modification business extend operations beyond Montana; aircraft, crews, mission systems and data sit inside a unified service-reporting segment.

Depends on government funding and contract terms, seasonal wildfire activity, scarce amphibious aircraft, specialized pilots and mechanics, and FAA and customer compliance requirements. Eight large amphibious scoopers underpin the direct-suppression line.
