Profile

BOK Financial CorporationBOKFFinancials

Provides regional and commercial banking, consumer banking, wealth management, mortgage, and payments services. A Tulsa-rooted platform with an eight-state footprint, it combines relationship banking with specialized banking and TransFund payments.

Regional and commercial banking, consumer banking, wealth management, mortgage services, and payments through TransFund form a Tulsa-rooted financial-services platform.

The organization traces back to a bank established in 1910 to finance Tulsa oil-field activity, then was reorganized into a holding company in 1991 after an FDIC-assisted rescue in the 1980s.

Expansion beyond Oklahoma created an eight-state footprint across the Southwest, Midwest, and Rocky Mountain regions. Its operating mix spans relationship banking, consumer banking, wealth management, and specialized banking, combining bank services with mortgage and payments activities. The group also describes a national client base.
