Combines technology sales, engineering, maintenance, project integration, and, under long-term service arrangements, ownership and operation of selected energy assets. Development, sales channels, and installations span Israel, Europe, the United States, and Brazil; a Hungarian solar facility is the first owned non-TES operating asset.

Depends on project delivery, commissioning, customer acceptance, financing for owned assets, suppliers of certain custom components, and permitting for heat and construction systems. All employees and long-lived assets were in Israel at the latest year-end, alongside related geopolitical and supply-chain exposure.
