Provides vendor-neutral HCM software implementation, support, consulting, and subscriptions centered on third-party platforms in Malaysia and neighboring markets. Most revenue is tied to HCM projects and services, while DAT+ remains newly initiated and not fully implemented.
Integrates and supports third-party HCM software—including Oracle PeopleSoft HCM and Financials, Dayforce HCM, SunFish Workplaze HR, and MiHCM Cloud—for clients across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Australia. Services cover selection, configuration, data migration, implementation, testing, training, maintenance, technical support, and at times staff augmentation.
Earns most revenue from HCM projects, IT staff augmentation, outsourcing, and consulting, with recurring maintenance and SaaS subscriptions alongside milestone-billed implementation work and point-in-time software licenses. Vendor-neutral selection and hands-on customization are delivered through its Delivery Excellence Centre.
Operates primarily from Malaysia, where Oracle PeopleSoft services account for most revenue under non-exclusive, annually renewable vendor authorization. Separately, DAT+ is a newly initiated and not fully implemented digital-asset treasury strategy intended to use capital raising, staking, lending, and other decentralized-finance activities; no separate DAT+ revenue is disclosed.
