Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, IBWNBIndustrials

Supplies steam-generation and environmental-control systems, alongside parts, upgrades, and field services for utility and industrial customers. Following divestitures, operations are reported as a single B&W segment.

Supplies steam-generation equipment and environmental solutions for utility and industrial customers, with parts, upgrades, and field services extending the installed-base relationship.

After the divestitures of SPIG, GMAB, Diamond Power, and Allen-Sherman-Hoff, current operations are reported as one B&W segment. The current portfolio excludes those former businesses.

Founded around a water-tube boiler in 1867, it became an independently traded power-generation issuer in 2015. Current reporting and the portfolio remain shaped by the 2024–25 divestitures and related debt-management actions. The current capital narrative also includes reported asset monetization, debt repayment, and refinancing actions.
