Operates through a China-centered network of subsidiaries and Sino-joint ventures, rooted in Jiulong's heavy-duty steering gears and Henglong's passenger-vehicle rack-and-pinion systems. The structure also includes a Brazil-based trading operation.

Sales depend on China's passenger-vehicle production and vehicle exports, as well as commercial-vehicle demand. Customer concentration is material, with Stellantis and BYD identified among its largest customers.
