Delivers outpatient and inpatient oncology care through self-owned Chinese institutions while supplying equipment, management, and cloud services to partner hospitals. Most revenue comes from the hospital segment, and the NYSE-listed parent consolidates separately listed Concord Healthcare through delegated voting rights.
Provides oncology care through self-owned hospitals, clinics, and an imaging center in China, with Guangzhou Hospital offering diagnostic imaging, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, interventional radiology, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and surgery. The portfolio also includes Shanghai outpatient and imaging facilities plus an internet hospital for follow-up health management.
Runs a separate network business that supplies and leases medical equipment, manages cooperative radiotherapy and imaging centers, and sells technical support and Jiahe cloud services. Partner arrangements combine equipment provision with revenue sharing, while self-owned institutions bill patients and public or commercial payers.
Operations are concentrated in China and depend on medical-equipment quotas, clinical and institutional permits, insurance-pricing rules, hospital partners, qualified clinicians, referral flows, and limited equipment suppliers. Parent reporting currently consolidates separately listed Concord Healthcare through delegated voting rights, a status under review following its board changes.
