Profile
Sells out-of-home advertising through U.S. roadside, street-furniture, and airport operations. Digital displays, data analytics, and programmatic buying support a U.S.-centered business as international operations are divested.
Out-of-home advertising is sold through two continuing segments: America, which covers U.S. roadside billboards and street furniture, and Airports, which sells advertising in U.S. and Caribbean airports.
A U.S.-centered footprint is taking shape as international businesses are sold and the company becomes primarily focused on domestic operations. The stated operating model combines digital displays and billboards with data analytics and programmatic buying to make campaigns more measurable and simpler for advertisers to purchase.
The remaining international simplification depends on completing the planned Spain sale. A consortium-advised take-private merger is pending, subject to regulatory and stockholder approvals.
