Profile
Turns industrial waste heat into electricity with ORC systems, develops HTAP waste-to-energy projects, and resells natural gas in China. Revenue spans equipment, engineering and service work, project development, and commodity resale, while permitting and financing shape the waste-to-energy business.
Converts industrial waste heat into electricity through Clean Cycle™ organic Rankine cycle generators, sold alongside engineering, delivery, refurbishment, and technical-support services. The offered range extends from modular sub-megawatt units to larger projects through its Exergy relationship.
Develops HTAP™ high-temperature ablative pyrolysis facilities that turn agricultural, forestry, food, industrial, and municipal waste into outputs such as electricity, heat, renewable gas, and biochar. It also resells natural gas through subsidiaries in China and provides integrated power, battery storage, procurement, consulting, and project-management capabilities.
Operates across North America, Europe, and Asia from facilities that include Irvine, Treviso, Antalya, Hong Kong, and Chengdu. Clean-energy projects depend on permitting, project finance, supply chains, energy economics, and policy; natural-gas trading depends on wholesale supply, spot resale prices, trucking, and PRC conditions.
