CLIP: Not Paradise But A Fine Parking Lot
Global X 1-3 Month T-Bill ETF (CLIP) offers a low-risk, liquid option for parking emergency or short-term cash, aiming to slightly outpace inflation. CLIP invests primarily in short-term U.S. Treasuries, minimizing both credit and interest rate risk, with very low fees (0.07%). Alternatives like GSY, USFR, TBLL, and FLOT offer similar solutions with minor differences in yield and risk profile; choice depends on individual risk tolerance.
CLIP: A Monthly Coupon From T-Bills
CLIP offers a low-risk, efficient cash parking solution with minimal credit and interest rate risk, ideal for portfolio stability. The ETF boasts a low 0.07% expense ratio, monthly distributions, and strong performance versus peers BIL and GBIL. True cash parking vehicles like CLIP should have zero drawdowns and low expenses, making them superior to riskier alternatives.
CLIP: Cash Will Continue Outperforming
A tactical allocation to 1-3 month T-Bills can yield great results, offering lower risk and competitive income power, especially in narrow yield curve environments. Despite changes in monetary policy, T-Bills remain attractive due to their short duration and similar yields to longer-term notes and bonds. The Fed's paralysis due to trade policy uncertainty, sticky inflation, and a strong labor market makes T-Bills a promising option.

CLIP: Target The Highest-Yielding Section Of The Treasury Curve
Treasuries have been choppy in recent weeks amid resilient economic data points. Expect more volatility in the coming months, particularly for the longer maturities. Higher-yielding T-bill ETFs like CLIP continue to offer the best risk/reward.
CLIP: T-Bills Remain The Best Game In Town
The Q4 refunding announcement has relieved rate pressure across the Treasury curve. Yet, debt levels and funding needs remain very high in the face of an increasingly price-sensitive buyer. Given the inverted yield curve, low-cost T-bill ETFs like CLIP still offer the best risk/reward.
