Develops antibody candidates for immune-mediated diseases, centered on clinical-stage budoprutug and preclinical CLYM116. The two-program pipeline emerged from the Tenet Medicines acquisition and pairs an anti-CD19 program with an anti-APRIL program.
Develops antibody therapies for immune-mediated diseases. Its clinical-stage lead, the anti-CD19 antibody budoprutug, is being studied in primary membranous nephropathy, immune thrombocytopenia, and systemic lupus erythematosus; CLYM116 is a preclinical anti-APRIL antibody for IgA nephropathy.
The two-program pipeline was formed after the 2024 Tenet Medicines acquisition, when the former Eliem Therapeutics pivoted from neuronal-excitability disorders and rebranded as Climb Bio. Budoprutug remains its central clinical asset, while CLYM116 is licensed outside mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan; the company ceased U.K. operations during the pivot. It now has two disclosed programs rather than the former neuroscience portfolio.
