Profile

CNH Industrial N.V.CNHIndustrials

Designs agricultural and construction equipment under Case IH, New Holland and other inherited brands. The business centers on off-highway machinery, while acquired precision technologies add guidance, sensing, automation and autonomy across distinct customer brands that share platforms and research capabilities.

Designs and manufactures agricultural and construction equipment through Case IH, New Holland and other inherited brands. Since the Iveco demerger, operations have centered on off-highway machines, with precision guidance, sensing, automation and autonomy increasingly built into the portfolio.

Combines distinct customer-facing brands with shared manufacturing platforms and research capabilities. Acquisitions brought more precision-agriculture hardware, software, machine vision and satellite-positioning technology in-house.

Operates from a UK principal office, is incorporated in the Netherlands and trades solely in New York. Built through successive combinations of machinery businesses, the group retains Exor as its largest shareholder and depends on maintaining separate brand identities over common platforms and technology infrastructure.
