Conexeu Sciences (CNXU)

Develops the CXU platform, a temperature-responsive, collagen-based extracellular-matrix scaffold that flows at room temperature and forms a gel-like structure at body temperature. Its lead Ten-Minute Tissue configuration targets wound care, while B.R.E.A.S.T. is a preclinical breast-restoration matrix; other CXU uses include aesthetic restoration, periodontal repair, veterinary care, and research biofabrication.

Uses a one-formula, one-device operating model: reusing the scaffold, formulation knowledge, manufacturing architecture, and patent estate across programs. Near-term work centers on CDMO production transfer, documentation for a U.S. wound-care regulatory submission, and preclinical research. Corporate operations are in Reno, research work is in Vancouver, and the initial regulatory plan is U.S.-first.

Has no cleared products or commercial revenue. The business depends on regulatory authorization, outsourced manufacturing and scale-up, financing, clinician adoption, and a single acquired UBC patent family.
