Develops molecular-diagnostics products spanning CoPrimers chemistry, laboratory PCR reagents, and the Co-Dx PCR Pro platform, designed to pair portable instruments with proprietary consumables; current revenue comes from legacy products and development grants.
Builds molecular-diagnostics products around patented CoPrimers chemistry, including legacy laboratory PCR reagents and tests, plus the Co-Dx PCR Pro platform: a portable real-time PCR instrument, single-use test cups, software, and disease-specific assays. Research, engineering, assay development, and initial manufacturing are based in Utah.
Plans to generate recurring demand from test cups and assays alongside instrument placements, while selling existing products and receiving development grants. India is served through the CoSara joint venture and other South Asian markets; CoMira is being developed for Saudi Arabia and other MENA markets. PCR Pro requires regulatory clearance before U.S. diagnostic sale, and commercialization depends on clinical studies, local regulation, manufacturing partnerships, and adoption.
