Profile
Provides high-density data center space, power, cooling and operations for AI and high-performance computing under long-term capacity contracts. Bitcoin self-mining continues during site conversions, while hosted mining is being wound down and current colocation revenue remains concentrated with CoreWeave.
Designs, builds and operates purpose-built data centers across several U.S. states. The Colocation segment supplies space, power, cooling, security and facility operations for AI and high-performance computing workloads under long-term capacity contracts, and now generates most revenue.
Converts power infrastructure developed for Bitcoin mining into denser, more specialized facilities, drawing on experience managing large electrical loads, utility relationships and continuous operations. Digital Asset Self-Mining remains a shrinking activity, while Digital Asset Hosted Mining is being wound down.
Earns recurring colocation fees based mainly on delivered power capacity, alongside usage charges; self-mining revenue comes from Bitcoin produced with company-owned machines. Current colocation revenue comes entirely from CoreWeave, while expansion depends on construction, permitting, grid connections, specialized equipment and reliable power.
