Manufactures NMPA-approved prescription pharmaceuticals in Haikou, China across anti-infection, respiratory, CNS, cardiovascular and digestive indications. Revenue comes almost entirely from distributor sales to hospitals and pharmacies in China, while the Nevada holding company relies on its China-based subsidiary for operating cash.
Manufactures prescription pharmaceuticals at Haikou facilities for Chinese distributors, spanning dry-powder and liquid injectables, tablets, capsules, and cephalosporin oral solutions. The portfolio targets CNS and cerebral-cardio vascular, anti-viral/infection and respiratory, and digestive indications; Candesartan, Gastrodin Injection, Roxithromycin Dispersible Tablets, Cefaclor Dispersible Tablets, and Omeprazole are among the marketed products.
Selects formulas using demand, manufacturing cost, pricing, distribution and the number of existing manufacturers, then combines regulatory approval, multi-form production and distributor-led commercialization. All customers are in China, with distributors supplying hospitals, clinics, OTC pharmacies and primary-care markets.
Depends on NMPA approvals, China's generic-drug consistency evaluations and centralized procurement eligibility for product access. The Nevada parent has no material operations and relies on cash transfers or distributions from Helpson through Onny.
