Makes the rubber and plastic seals that keep water and noise out of vehicle cabins and the fuel, coolant, and brake lines that run through them, supplying Ford, GM, and Stellantis and a widening roster of international automakers from 108 plants in 20 countries.

Engineers rubber and plastic sealing systems that keep water, dust, and noise out of vehicle cabins, plus fluid handling systems that carry fuel, coolant, and brake fluid through the vehicle — organized since 2024 into two segments, Sealing Systems and Fluid Handling Systems.

Ford, GM, and Stellantis generate most of its sales, alongside a widening list of European, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese automakers, from 108 plants in 20 countries.

Sealing and fluid-handling technology is increasingly adapted to electric-vehicle needs: high-tolerance cabin acoustic sealing, coolant lines rated for high-voltage battery thermal loops, and integrated electric water pumps for hybrid and EV cooling.

The company traces to a 2004 private-equity carve-out from Cooper Tire, a Chapter 11 reorganization, and relisting on the NYSE in 2013, followed by a multi-year refinancing arc that continued into 2026.
