Profile

Ceragon Networks Ltd.CRNTInformation Technology

Sells microwave and millimeter-wave equipment, network-management software, and delivery services to cellular operators, service providers, and private networks. The business combines direct sales with systems integrators, distributors, and OEMs across an international operating footprint.

Wireless transport equipment, network-management software, and delivery services support the buildout and evolution of 4G and 5G networks. The IP-50 and PointLink platforms, Intelligent Network Management, and Siklu by Ceragon product line form the current portfolio.

Cellular operators, other service providers, and private-network owners buy through a direct sales force as well as systems integrators, distributors, and OEMs. Planning, deployment, maintenance, and support services extend the equipment offer across an international operating footprint.

Recent additions brought millimeter-wave wireless fiber, point-to-multipoint capability, and systems-integration and software-development work for private networks. Demand is shaped by operator and service-provider capital spending, international delivery and support, and competition from broad telecom-equipment providers and transport specialists.
