Profile
Sells commercial roofing, insulation, waterproofing, air and vapor barriers, metal systems, coatings, and HVAC products through two building-envelope segments. Commercial roofing is the economic center, with re-roofing accounting for most activity and the portfolio shaped by construction demand, contractor availability, and acquisition integration.
Supplies commercial roofing and building-envelope systems through Carlisle Construction Materials and Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies.
CCM sells single-ply membranes, insulation, metal roof and wall systems, and accessories. CWT adds waterproofing, air and vapor barriers, sealants, coatings, spray foam, expanded-polystyrene and natural-fiber insulation, and HVAC products. The Carlisle Operating System provides a common continuous-improvement framework for manufacturing and integration.
Commercial roofing is the economic center, with re-roofing representing most activity and most employees working in US operations. Demand depends on repair and replacement cycles, construction volumes, contractor labor availability, and energy-efficiency needs. Recent acquisitions expand insulation and metal-system capabilities, making integration another operating dependency.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
