Claritev CorporationCTEVHealth Care

Serves health plans, ASO platforms, and administrators with claims intelligence, network access, payment integrity, and analytics. Operations are concentrated in the U.S., with payer relationships and out-of-network reimbursement rules shaping demand.

Provides claims-cost management tools for payer clients, administrative-services platforms, and third-party administrators. Its solution lines are Claims Intelligence Solutions, Network Solutions, Payment and Revenue Integrity Solutions, and Data and Analytics Solutions, with data and analytics currently reported inside claims intelligence.

Operations are concentrated in the U.S., while a partnership began its first international expansion in the Middle East and North Africa. The platform combines proprietary network access, pricing algorithms, clinical review, and analytics to help clients handle out-of-network reimbursement, claim review, plan design, and provider-network decisions.

The model depends on large payer relationships, access to protected health information, HIPAA compliance, and rules governing out-of-network products. Active reimbursement litigation, debt-service needs, and reported internal-control weaknesses remain structural constraints.
