Profile
Generates current cash flow from a minority interest in Alaska's Manh Choh mine and develops Lucky Shot, Johnson Tract and Kitsault Valley precious-metals properties. Its direct-shipping-ore model relies on off-site processing and a Kinross-managed joint venture.
Earns its current cash flow through a minority interest in the producing Manh Choh gold mine in Alaska, operated by Kinross subsidiary KG Mining. The portfolio also includes the wholly owned Lucky Shot development project, leased Johnson Tract development project, and wholly owned Kitsault Valley exploration property in British Columbia, alongside earlier-stage Alaska properties.
Follows a direct-shipping-ore approach that targets high-grade deposits near transport infrastructure and sends sealed ore to existing off-site mills, avoiding construction of an on-site mill or tailings facility. Current production depends on the Kinross-managed joint venture, haulage to Fort Knox, and availability of that mill; development projects require engineering, permitting, stakeholder relationships, and external technical and contractor capacity.
