Profile
Provides cybersecurity, electronic and information warfare, engineering, IT, and mission-support services to government customers. Revenue chiefly comes from cleared professionals executing U.S. government prime contracts and subcontracts.
Delivers federal technology services through five capability groups: Digital Solutions; C4ISR, Cyber & Space; Engineering Services; IT Services; and Mission Support. Work spans software and infrastructure modernization, cyber and electronic warfare, systems engineering, secure IT, logistics, intelligence, training, and information-operations support.
Serves primarily U.S. government agencies and departments through Corvus Consulting, SSI, and GTMR, with substantial Navy and NAVAIR exposure. Revenue comes chiefly from prime contracts and subcontracts that supply cleared personnel, technical expertise, program execution, and deliverables under cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, and time-and-materials arrangements.
Execution depends on winning and retaining government contracts, appropriations and agency funding, teaming partners, and a workforce able to meet required security-clearance and technical qualifications. Its largest contracts account for more than half of revenue.
