Profile
Invests in Class A office towers across selected high-growth Sun Belt markets. Revenue comes from leasing and managing properties, supported by development and acquisitions; the portfolio is concentrated in a limited set of U.S. metros.
Class A office towers in high-growth Sun Belt markets form the core portfolio. The integrated platform develops, acquires, leases, and manages those properties, rather than operating across a broad range of property types.
Atlanta and Austin represent the largest listed shares of portfolio NOI, with operations also in Charlotte, Phoenix, Tampa, Dallas, Houston, and Nashville. The post-Parkway and TIER platform is a single operating portfolio, not a collection of older homebuilding and retail businesses. The business depends on tenant leasing, office occupancy, and property-market conditions in this limited group of U.S. metros.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
