Manufacturing spans the United States, Mexico, China, the United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Morocco, Thailand, India, and Australia, and sales are principally in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

Following the divestiture of cab structures and industrial automation, the remaining portfolio was reorganized into the current three-segment structure. The business also serves construction, agriculture, industrial, automotive, truck, mining, rail, marine, power-generation, and defense markets.
