Runs medical transportation and mobile health services in the U.S. and U.K., with most revenue from transportation. Current work spans emergency and non-emergency transport, in-home and on-site care, care-gap closure, remote monitoring, mobile lab collection, and SteadyMD virtual care.
Runs two revenue-generating segments: Transportation Services and Mobile Health Services. Transportation covers emergency response, non-emergency ambulance trips, and wheelchair transports; Mobile Health covers care delivered in homes, offices, events, and other non-clinic settings.
The footprint is concentrated in the U.S. with additional U.K. revenue. SteadyMD adds virtual care across all U.S. states, while PTI Health adds mobile lab collection and mobile phlebotomy to the mobile-care mix.
Execution depends on field staffing, dispatch, on-time transport, clinical quality, billing and reimbursement processes, and municipal or healthcare customer demand. The business is also resetting after the wind-down of migrant-related municipal programs that had lifted prior Mobile Health revenue.
