Profile
Mobile- and web-based games center on DoubleDown Casino, alongside European real-money iGaming sites. Social casino remains the core business, with iGaming as a second operating segment.
Mobile- and web-based digital games are organized around DoubleDown Casino, the flagship social-casino title, which offers classic and modern casino-style games. Social casino and iGaming are the operating segments.
The social-casino business has its larger reported market in the United States, while international revenue is also material. SuprNation extended the group into European real-money iGaming, while Hamburg-based WHOW Games added another social-casino developer.
DoubleU Games controls the group. Pending U.S. lawsuits and arbitrations allege the social-casino-themed games constitute illegal gambling under state laws; the company denies the allegations and contests that characterization.
