Profile

HF Sinclair CorporationDINOEnergy

Turns crude oil into transportation fuels across a seven-refinery U.S. network, while Sinclair-branded marketing and midstream assets extend the value chain. Renewable diesel and specialty lubricants diversify the portfolio, but refining still supplies most external revenue.

Refines crude oil into gasoline, diesel and jet fuel across seven U.S. refineries, then connects those products to Sinclair-branded fuel marketing and an integrated pipeline, terminal and storage network. Refining supplies most external revenue, with operations concentrated in the Mid-Continent, Southwest, Rocky Mountains and Pacific Northwest.

Produces renewable diesel at dedicated sites and sells base oils, finished lubricants and specialty products through Petro-Canada Lubricants, Red Giant Oil, Sonneborn and Tulsa operations. The combined model links feedstock purchasing, complex refining, logistics and wholesale distribution. Results depend on crude price differentials, refining margins, safe plant operation, transportation-fuel demand, environmental rules and renewable-fuel credits.
