Profile
Journal Technologies sells case-management software and related services to courts, justice agencies, local governments, and bar associations. Traditional Business publishes legal and real-estate information and represents public-notice advertising, while a securities portfolio sits outside the operating businesses.
Journal Technologies provides case-management software and related services for courts, prosecutor and public-defender offices, probation departments, administrative-law organizations, local governments, and bar associations. Its eSeries Framework includes eCourt, eProsecutor, eDefender, and eSupervision, alongside eProsecutor Online, eFile-it, and ePay-it.
Traditional Business carries the legal-publication heritage through newspapers, websites, specialized information publications, and public-notice advertising representation in California and Arizona. Journal Technologies is the larger operating business and sells licenses, maintenance and support, hosting, implementation and training consulting, and secure-website services.
Operations combine public-sector justice software with a geographically focused publishing business. The securities portfolio is excess capital, not an operating product line.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
