Profile
Provides outpatient, home, and hospital dialysis, related laboratory services, and integrated kidney care. Most revenue comes from U.S. dialysis; government programs cover most patients, while higher-paying commercial contracts generate nearly all dialysis profit.
Provides outpatient, home-based, and hospital inpatient dialysis for people with end-stage kidney disease, with related laboratory and administrative services. U.S. dialysis is the largest line of business, supported by a nationwide clinic network and local nephrologist relationships.
Extends beyond dialysis through Integrated Kidney Care, which coordinates chronic and end-stage kidney disease care under fee-based, shared-savings, performance, and capitated arrangements. International operations run dialysis centers across Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, while smaller ancillary businesses cover clinical research and transplant software.
A broad care network, trained clinical staff, and data-enabled coordination support recurring treatments across care settings. Revenue depends on Medicare and other government reimbursement, higher-paying commercial contracts, patient referrals, labor and supply costs, and compliance with healthcare billing, referral, and value-based-care rules.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
