Its work spans business-process services, cloud and infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, managed applications, modernization and workplace services.

Consulting & Engineering Services, Global Infrastructure Services and Insurance are the reportable business lines. The workforce is spread across 70 countries, supporting an international client base. The model depends on international delivery and the continued operation and modernization of client IT environments.
