Profile
Owns and operates most Chili's Grill & Bar and Maggiano's Little Italy locations, while collecting royalties and fees from franchisees. Chili's supplies the vast majority of revenue, with a U.S.-heavy company-operated base and an international footprint that is almost entirely franchised.
Owns, develops, operates, and franchises more than 1,600 Chili's Grill & Bar and Maggiano's Little Italy restaurants. Chili's is the flagship casual-dining brand, built around burgers, fajitas, Chicken Crispers, margaritas, and the Triple Dipper. Maggiano's serves Italian-American favorites through a la carte and family-style dining, with banquet rooms for events and large parties.
Execution centers on a simplified Chili's menu, value offerings, restaurant staffing and upgrades, digital ordering, and loyalty marketing. Maggiano's is pursuing improvements across food, service, and atmosphere while retaining carryout, delivery, and banquet occasions.
Most locations are company-operated and U.S.-based; nearly all international locations are franchised. Results depend chiefly on Chili's guest traffic and restaurant execution, alongside food and labor costs, franchisee performance, health and alcohol licensing, and a concentration of company-operated restaurants in Texas, Florida, and California.
