Sales are concentrated in the United States and Canada for naloxone, while the medical-countermeasure portfolio is built around domestic and international government customers. The current portfolio combines the original BioThrax franchise with products added through acquisitions and licensing.
Execution depends on regulated manufacturing, quality systems and government-contract performance after a restructuring that reduced the services footprint. U.S. government procurement, audit rights and contract changes remain structural features of the business.
